“The design of Oras Natura was based on discovering a new language of form and new functional solutions for the bathroom. Even though we were looking for a more traditional and softer language of form, we wanted sound and sensible lines: elegant curved forms of surfaces and interfaces between them create an impression of fresh lightness,” explains Kirsi Svärd, the designer of the product.
Ergonomics and ecological aspects were also an important element. Two different shower functions had to be made pleasant and enjoyable for the user, and switching between them had to be easy.
“The shampoo and soap holder had to be both functional and light. By varying forms, materials and mounting solutions we developed an optimal, light, translucent solution that users can modify according to their own habits,” Svärd summarises.
As a whole, Oras Natura is a product that feels good to your wallet and your hand: despite the low, ecological amount of water, showering feels very nice and enjoyable.
The new Oras Natura shower set includes a shower rail, a hand shower, a hand shower holder, a shower hose, a large soap holder and a suspension hook. The set is fully compatible with all Oras thermostatic and pressostatic faucets.
Easy to install
The shower set enables so-called flexible installation. The distance between the wall brackets can be freely adjusted within 740 mm. This enables the use of existing holes in the wall.
